   Some of the main areas of laboratory research:

• Design and simulation of logic and arithmetic circuits (classical and reversible) and interconnection networks on the one hand and the design of the base cells of this nanoelectronics on the other hand are the main fields of research in the field of quantum cell automation in the laboratory.

• The use of benzene ring derivatives as semiconductors in the manufacture of molecular transistors and also the use of special compounds as conductors or non-conductors in the construction of various logic and electronic circuits.

• Design of effective basic quantum circuits, synthesis and optimization of quantum circuits, development of quantum circuit description languages ​​and engineering of quantum distribution algorithms.
